I recently worked with a design and branding company to revamp my business's image. The team showed creativity and dedication to representing my brand's story authentically. The visuals and packaging they created were spot on and got a lot of positive feedback from my customers. However, the communication process could have been smoother. Sometimes it felt like there was a lack of clarity and follow-up. Overall, I'm satisfied with the results, but there's room for improvement in the customer experience. 👍🏼
