I had high expectations from Made in space, inc., but unfortunately, they didn't meet them. Their website madeinspace.us is decent, but the customer service is lacking. It took a long time to get a response, and when I did, it wasn't very helpful. The product I received was also not up to my expectations. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.
