🙂 I had an overall positive experience with the City of Holland. The staff was helpful and friendly, addressing my concerns promptly. The website is well-organized and provides useful information. I appreciate their dedication towards serving the community. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of accessibility and ease of navigation. Nevertheless, I would rate my experience as great. 👍
