I recently worked with a real estate development company and had an average experience. The company's website had a professional look and was easy to navigate. However, I found the communication with their team to be a bit lacking. It took longer than I expected to get responses to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the company did deliver on their promises, and the end result of the project was satisfactory. Overall, the experience was not outstanding, but it was not terrible either. If they could improve their communication and response time, it would definitely enhance the customer experience.
