Panache just catered my daughter's wedding at Shenandoah Woods and we were very excited about this . Michelle's resume is very impressive, they were on the recommended list from Shanandoah Woods and my daughter and son in law had a fantastic tasting, but they didn't deliver. Although the food was very tasty, there wasn't enough of it, it wasn't provided in a timely manner, there was not adequate staff, many particulars of our contract we're not met including appetizers, bar placement and serving style. If your event is important to you, I advise you not to go in this direction. I'm trying to save you the heartache and embarrassment that we experienced.
