Leased from DNPM for nearly a year and had a good experience with them. The tenant online portal made paying rent and submitting maintenance requests easy and fast. Any maintenance that needed to be done was always taken care of within a few days.

Additionally the staff at the office are very responsive to emails and inquiries. The application to lease was straightforward and done in a very timely manner and eventually when I needed to leave my lease early due to relocation needs for work and school, they made that process as smooth as possible, which I am very appreciative of.
