I have used Minmaxx twice in the last 4 years. Both experiences were great. They (Azim, Omer and Colm) are extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market. They explain everything that they are doing and why they are doing it. This really makes you feel comfortable. The biggest thing for me is that they price houses correctly. Most of the time houses are not price right and sit on the market for long periods of time.

I will not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to friends and family.
