I have been working at Work for Change for over a year now and I must say it has been a great experience. The company truly lives up to its mission of making a positive impact in the world. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, and I feel like my opinions are valued. The management team is transparent and open to feedback, which is refreshing. The projects I have been involved in have been challenging and fulfilling. Overall, I would rate Work for Change as excellent.
