I bought a lock from their website and it's been a great addition to my bathroom. The product arrived quickly and was well-packaged. It was easy to install and works efficiently. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to provide more detailed installation instructions. Other than that, I have no complaints. Definitely recommend Loo Lock!
