Security harasses law abiding citizens and make false police reports. When called out about this, they just hang up on you, put you on hold indefinitely, transfer you to the wrong department or claim harassment for trying to make a complaint about incompetent employees. They should feel ashamed of themselves but they are incapable of doing so.
