Bank Independance is a decent bank to work with. I have been a customer for a few years and overall, my experience has been satisfactory. The staff is friendly, but sometimes the wait times can be quite long. The online banking system is user-friendly, but I have noticed a few glitches from time to time. However, I would still recommend Bank Independance for their decent services.
