Annette was a great agent and secured us a buyer almost immediately. I had reservations about her team also representing the buyer but she was able to represent my terms fairly and negotiate the deal I wanted. She would have earned 5 stars if she had made sure that her closing staff or herself had kept me better informed about delays in closing. I don't want to be the one calling the title company the day before closing to find out from them that it won't be on time.
