I had a somewhat mixed experience with Alexander Billy. Some aspects of their service were great, but there were also a few areas that could have been improved. The quality of their products was excellent, and their customer support team was helpful and responsive. However, the shipping time was longer than expected, and I encountered some issues with the packaging. Overall, I would rate them as average.
