I engaged a software development company for a project, and overall, I had an okay experience. The deliverables were met, but there were a couple of hiccups along the way. The team was responsive in resolving the issues, but I felt that the overall communication could have been better. Nevertheless, the end result was satisfactory, and I would consider working with them again.
