The greatest, most knowledgable, fair, educational, hilarious, speedy and HONEST mechanic I have ever known or heard of! Every experience is better than the last. I am also on the road a lot and Dorgler has accurately diagnosed every long distance problem for me via a phone call. He is 10 for 10! He even talked me through a DIY muffler job while in (the middle of nowhere) Del Norte, CO last year and it's still holding!!! Incredible! Never overcharges and cuts me breaks on his prices whenever he can...including the occasional free small job. Fred, his son Fred Jr. and everyone who works there is an amazingly helpful and caring human being. He is not only my mechanic but a true friend. If you are looking for an above and beyond personal mechanic...look no further! The answer to all your car issues can be found in Queens, NY on the corner of 116th and Atlantic Ave. Who would have figured that....right???
