I am new to loan care after they bought my loan from another lender. It has been a terrible experience and I have had to call in every week or two weeks to correct issues with insurance and issues with escrow. It is amazing how many problems a loan transfer can cause. I am on hold with them currently. The google reviews speak for themselves.
