Unilab's software for laboratories is decent. It has helped us streamline some of our processes, but we feel that there are areas that could be improved. The user interface is a bit dated and not as intuitive as we would like. However, the customer support team has been helpful in addressing our concerns. Overall, it's an average software solution for laboratories.
