5 stars because of Silvester he was an amazing host. He really made me feel like I was at home for tonight and representives like him would make me come back to stay here specifically. However the white blonde lady who was working the desk this Saturday morning along with Micheal made me feel like an outsider who didn t belong most likely because I was a brown guy who didn t belong in your hotel had me thinking differently. You should certainly teach them about stereo types and not judging people also people like silvester shouldn t be working night shifts he would be a better manager because he knows how to deal with people unlike your prime time guest staff .
