We had an upper story put on our house in 2018 at Peregian Beach. Benchmark Building were fantastic in every respect. Greg is a talented builder with an excellent eye for detail. He completed on time and to budget. He surrounds himself with a capable and happy team. He brought innovative ideas and the capacity to fulfill. Greg is a very good communicator and we were slways kept in the loop. He treated us with respect and listened to our plans and ideas.
