I have been a customer of West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company for a while now and I must say that their services are average. The website (wbsetcl.in) is informative but lacks some important features. The electricity supply is generally reliable, but there have been occasional power outages in my area. The customer service is responsive, but sometimes the response time is longer than expected. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
