I had an overall average experience with New Odyssey, Inc. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate, but there were a few issues with the functionality. The customer service was prompt and helpful in resolving my problems. However, I was not fully satisfied with the products offered. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
