My Maserati has been in a Maserati authorized pain...

My Maserati has been in a Maserati authorized paint shop for 2 months and nobody at Maserati can help Gene Perez Body Shop in Tampa get the paint.
Dina at Maserati of North America refuses to put me in touch with a district or zoning manager at Maserati.
Does anyone have a contact name & phone number for a Zone or District Manager for Florida ???
