The building itself is not the best. It is in need of a major overall as the insides are dark and have a hard and cold feel to it. The style is similar to a labyrinth with a series of levels and stairs to different windows. Outside, however, there are attempts being made to soften the hard cold facade with the seating and grass area out front.
