I hired Meena to sell a single family home in Fremont in 2014, which was a very good move for me. She has a mastery of the market in her area, was always available whenever I needed to consult her, and was an excellent partner in pricing and negotiating strategy. I also appreciated her honesty, never offering guarantees and clearly evaluating the risk of each offer and counter-offer. During tense moments in final negotiation she knew when to draw a firm line with the buyers ongoing request and close the deal. Lastly, Meena is a good listener and is a pleasure to work with. She is a rare case of somebody I would be as happy to have as a neighbor as I would a business colleague. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. (We sold well above asking)
