I've been a customer of Citivest inc for several years now and I have to say their service is average. They have a decent selection of investment options, but their customer service can be a bit lacking at times. I've had a few issues where it took a while to get a response, which was frustrating. Overall, they're not bad, but there's definitely room for improvement.
