I had a mixed experience with Smart Business Products. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were not up to par. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made shopping for products a breeze. However, the customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time to speak with a representative, and when I finally did, they were not very helpful. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
