Two weeks ago I submitted all my certification in order to receive a SST. I was charged 75.00 administration fee. Today I am being told
I need additional classes costing 350.00. Why was I charged 75.00 if I did not qualify at the time i submitted my certifications. This is a complete rip off. TSC in trusted to train the public and inform us not to rip us off with false promises. TSC Should be ashamed and admit a wrong and refund me 75.00 till I meet what ever required courses set by the DOB and not make up classes that TSC enforces in order make money.
