The banking experience at njcb.com has been great. The website is easy to navigate and the overall user experience is very smooth. I appreciate the convenience of their mobile banking app as well. The only suggestion I have is to improve the response time of their customer support. Other than that, I am quite satisfied with ConnectOne Bank.
