My daughter, on Sunday when she arrived, was not accompanied to the canteen, 25 minutes away on foot. They showed her a map and explained verbally where to go. She lost herself several times but luckily an English lady showed her the way after two hours, highlighting the abnormality of the situation: alone, in an unknown city, just arrived, without help.
This was the beginning, the rest was not better. Never again.
