My friend applied for a week ago (May 22, 2017) and scheduled a job interview today. The conversation was in The Hague and we are from Boxtel. So this is a short 2-3 hour journey. We have set aside all kinds of agreements for this and incurred costs, because you obviously do not want to miss your job interview. So he was already in The Hague and the morning before (just before 10:20 am on May 29, 2017), the call is canceled that the conversation is canceled because she is only now finding out that he is not the suitable candidate. The question about at least a travel allowance or something is not answered. She just sends the message that it is canceled and hopes she is clear. Not even an apology yet! This is very unfortunate and it remains with us as a very nasty situation and an even more annoying handling.
I strongly advise against the Aethon when you go for customer friendliness and empathy !!
