Very bad service. Was told insoles would be read...

Very bad service. Was told insoles would be ready in 2 months but after 10 weeks, called almost twice everyday but no one answered.
Then I was told by Farah that she would get back to me the same day after checking, which she didn't. I called two days later and was informed that it will take another week or so.
I am waiting.
