I have been training here for a few months now and I am really impressed with the quality of instruction and the friendly atmosphere. The instructors are very knowledgeable and patient, and they make sure to break down the techniques in a way that is easy to understand. The classes are challenging but also a lot of fun. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always helpful.
