I have been using International Orders for a while...

I have been using International Orders for a while now and I must say they are average. The shipping process is quite slow and sometimes there are issues with tracking. However, their customer service is excellent and they always try to resolve any problems that arise. Overall, I would say they are reliable but there is room for improvement.
