I had a great experience at Pel Meni Seattle Dumpling Tzar! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The dumplings were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I also loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience and I highly recommend it.
