This service is a nightmare. The entire thing seems to be built to crush souls and discourage anyone from following through with their intent to collect benefits. If there is an error on your claim, they will post an obtuse error message with no means on how to fix it. Currently, they've rejected my request to extend my claim, but still opened an inaccessible account. This means I cannot collect benefits from any other state. How do I close my account or fix it so I can I collect benefits finally? Who knows, because CT certainly doesn't want to tell me.
