My experience at Growing at Work has been a bit mixed. There were some aspects that I really liked, such as the work-life balance and the company's commitment to employee well-being. However, I felt that there were times when the communication could have been better and there were limited opportunities for career advancement. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there are areas that could be improved.
