I have been living in one of the Sand Creek Investors apartments for the past two years and I must say that my experience has been average so far. The location is great, and the amenities provided are satisfactory. However, the maintenance service could be improved as it often takes a while for them to respond to my requests. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
