I have been a customer of Intic for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and the products are of decent quality. However, their customer support needs improvement. They often take a long time to respond to queries and sometimes the solutions provided are not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate Intic as an average company.
