Northwest Kinetics is an average company. I had an okay experience with them. The website wasn't very user-friendly, and it took me some time to find the information I needed. However, the customer service was decent, and they were able to answer my questions. Overall, I would say they are just average, nothing exceptional. I wouldn't highly recommend them, but if you don't have any other options, they are okay.
