I have been a customer of Fi group s.a. for several years now and I must say that their service has been average at best. While they do offer competitive rates, I have found their customer support to be lacking. Often times, it takes them a while to respond to my inquiries and even when they do, their answers are not always helpful. I also find their website to be a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. Overall, my experience with Fi group s.a. has been just okay.
