The customer service at Epallet, inc. is average. I haven't had any major issues but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is easy to navigate and the shipping process is smooth. However, I have had a few instances where the products I ordered were damaged during shipping. Overall, I would say my experience with Epallet, inc. has been okay.
