A sand bag fell off of a green Metro Traffic control truck and into the lane next to his truck. It was not secured to anything. Just a pile of sand bags stacked on top of each other. The truck was driving down the 101 N. The sand bag fell into my lane with no time for me to avoid it. The man on the motorcycle directly behind me also did not have much of a chance either. He almost went down trying to avoid the giant sand bag in the middle of his lane.

Risking this mans life is not worth being lazy and refusing to securing your equipment.
