Would have given it a 5 star but for the incident ...

Would have given it a 5 star but for the incident with us on our visit this Sunday, our 4th in the past one year. We were given a table at the Patio after a 20 min wait, which was expected on a beautiful Sunny weekend. Since we had our Puppy with us , we had requested for a Patio table. The server, Tony, set us up at a Table without the Umbrella. Since the Sun was harsh on my eyes , as I was recovering for a Lasik correction surgery, we requested him for an Umbrella. We were told they were unavailable, so we asked him if he could move us to a table with an Umbrella once it was available. He told us that he would have to ask the hostess, which was perfectly understandable. He came back and told us that he couldn't do that as the hostess had refused. I was not convinced so I went back to the hostess with the request and she was more than accommodating. When I came back and told him that I had spoken to her, he went in again to reconfirm and I walked back in with him. He spoke to the hostess and then without acknowledging me standing there walked to a terminal and got busy there and did not come back. The hostess herself came out to change our table, which thankfully saved our day out. Tony was besides himself after that and we overheard him narrating the incident loudly to his fellow servers, right next to us.
However the other servers were more than happy to serve us and we had some awesome food with great beer. The place lived upto its ratings and hopefully this was an isolated incident.
