I joined Schott North America Inc. a few months ago, and I am extremely happy with my decision. The company provides excellent growth opportunities, and the work environment is very supportive. The management is responsive to employee feedback and actively encourages innovation. The only improvement I would suggest is better communication between departments. Overall, it's a great place to work with ample room for career advancement.
