I have had a mixed experience with Henrique Kravitz. While their website is easy to navigate and find the products I need, the customer service has been hit or miss. Sometimes they respond promptly and address my concerns, but other times it takes longer. The quality of their products is good overall, but I have had some issues with a few items. Overall, I would say my experience has been average.
