This comment is only about ER and my visit on Oct.24.12.
Rude ,unprofessional staff.Waiting 12 hours.Answering 20 times for the same questions.How many times I heard "I will be with you shortly" and nobody showed up again I don't remember,may be 20 times or more.
My previous experience with Trillium was totally different.
