Our experience with Pinecrest Day Care has been mixed. While the facility itself is clean and well-maintained, we've had some concerns about the staff's ability to handle behavioral issues. There have been incidents where our child's emotional needs were not adequately met. However, we appreciate the efforts made by the management to address our concerns and improve the overall quality of care. We hope to see continued progress in the future.
