I recently purchased a car from Arlington Auto Sales Inc and I have to say that my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of vehicles to choose from. However, the overall customer service could use some improvement. The sales staff seemed a bit disinterested and not very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. I had to ask multiple questions and do my own research to get the information I needed. The negotiation process was also a bit frustrating, as I felt like they were not willing to budge much on the price. On the positive side, the car I purchased has been reliable so far and I am satisfied with my purchase. Overall, I would say that Arlington Auto Sales Inc is an average company to do business with.
