Took this service from LGA to EWR and there is so ...

Took this service from LGA to EWR and there is so much miss communication.... no one was ever told we had to transfer downtown New York, and that there would be more pickups... for those passengers trying to get to a connecting flight they should be upfront and say that it's going to take 2 hours to get from one airport to the next.
Many of the people working didn't speak clear English and directions were given wrongly...
Paying the $80 dollar uber would of been so worth it... as this service has only provided aggravation and delays..
