Update: Since posting this review, the president of the company personally reached out. He was extremely apologetic and was able to resolve the issue immediately.

I ordered a Blu Dot lamp from LightForm that arrived in August. The lamp itself is beautiful, but the customer service (or lack thereof) I have received is abominable. I was mistakenly billed by FedEx for import fees, and was reassured on August 24 by Jackson Sawatzky that I should not pay this and it will "be rebilled to us and will take care of it asap." I followed up three times since August but continued to receive payment notices from FedEx that the bill was not paid. Today I received a demand for payment from a debt collection agency, which undoubtedly will impact my credit score and will be a pain to deal with. Absolutely terrible experience.
